ZINGA®
The Film Galvanising System ZINGA® is a one-pack coating that contains 96% zinc in the dry film and provides cathodic protection of ferrous metals. It can be used as a unique system, as an alternative to hot-dip galvanisation or metallisation, as primer in a duplex system (active + passive) or as a recharging system for hot-dip galvanisation, metallisation or zinganised surfaces. It can be applied by brushing, rolling or spraying on a clean and rough substrate in a wide range of atmospheric circumstances. ZINGA is also available as an aerosol and is sold as ZINGASPRAY
ZINGASPRAY
ZINGASPRAY offers the film galvanising system ZINGA in an aerosol spray for easy small applications. ZINGA contains 96% Zinc in the dry film and provides cathodic protection to ferrous metals. ZINGASPRAY is ideal for the repairing and touching-up of damaged or old hot-dipped, Zinganised or other zinc coated structures.
ZINGALU
ZINGALU is a one component high performance stand alone organic zinc rich coating. ZINGALU has 90% of ultra pure zinc (ASTM D520 type III) and 4% aluminium flakes in the dry film which provide long lasting cathodic protection to ferrous metals.
ZINGALUSPRAY
ZINGALUSPRAY offers the film galvanising system ZINGA in an aerosol spray for easy small applications. To make sure the spray matches a hot dip galvanised surface, aluminium flakes have been added to the formula. ZINGALUSPRAY still contains 92% Zinc in the dry film and provides cathodic protection to ferrous metals. ZINGALUSPRAY is ideal for the repairing and touching up of damaged or old hot-dip
AQUAZINGA
AQUAZINGA is a two pack 100% water-based anti-corrosion system based on inorganic zinc silicates. Due to its high zinc content in the dry film (94%) it provides cathodic protection to ferrous metals.
ZINGA 420
ZINGA 420 is a high-performance, one-component organic zinc-rich coating containing 96% ultra-pure zinc in the dry film, designed for durable cathodic protection of ferrous metals. Its low-VOC formulation meets increasing environmental and regulatory requirements while maintaining the proven performance of the ZINGA Film Galvanising System. It can be used as a stand-alone system, as a primer in duplex or triplex systems, or as a repair and recharging layer for hot-dip galvanised, metallised, and ZAM-coated surfaces. Application is possible by brush, roller, or spray on a clean and rough substrate.
